Sinmisola Gbenle is the Head, Human Resources & Administration at Optimum Exposures Limited and is responsible for developing corporate HR strategies, overseeing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, and a Diploma in French Language from Alliance Francaise Lagos.

Sinmisola holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from University of Lagos (MILR). She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Her quest for more knowledge resulted in her pursuance of a certification from the Society of Human Resources Management United States (SHRM). Before joining Optimum Exposures Limited, she has worked in various industries, amongst which are FMCG, Energy, Manufacturing, and she also has HR consulting experience.

Sinmisola is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 11 years of experience across all HR value chain functions.
